OUR FEES

1. Monthly retainer - £250 + VAT 

Retainer fee is payable on signing the terms. The fee is then deducted from the purchase fee.

2. Purchase Fee - 1.5-2% of purchase price

Purchase fee is payable on exchange of contracts. Fee is dependent on property value.
