1. Property Search

Firstly we like to meet with our clients to understand their full requirements. This enables us to get a full picture of what they want. Some clients have a mental image of their perfect property, others have a rough idea.

Once we have determined your requirements we implement a focussed, detailed search for both on market and off market properties. This process is extremely thorough and we have in the past resorted to "flyering" our clients perfect property to see if the homeowner would sell. 

We then compile a shortlist and provide advice on each property. Every shortlisted property will be viewed by one of our partners before our client sees it. This ensures we are time efficient. We then accompany you on viewings to be on hand for any advice.

2. Property Acquisition 

​

We start with the negotiation process. We conduct thorough research to value the current value of the property. We then work with you to come up with an offer and acquisition strategy. 

​

Once an offer has been accepted we will manage the conveyancing process for you. We manage the process right through to exchange and then completion. 

​

Please note we appreciate some our clients like to be very hands on which is no problem at all. Other clients prefer to sit in the background. We are happy either way as long as it leads us to finding the right property.

3. Rental Search 

​

We offer a rental search service should you need a short term rental whilst we conduct your property search. This is quite common when our clients have already sold or are in the process of selling their existing property.
